If you would like to recieve a QSL card from William, look up KI4WXL on www.qrz.com and send a letter enclosed with the stamps needed to return a QSL.  Also include a return adress! Duh :)

    Um. Can I just send him a letter with stamps and get a QSL without making contact? It doesn’t say I need to.
